Medway Croquet Club Purchases Gateball Equipment The Medway Croquet Club's website currently advertises "no shrubbery, no flamingos and no rule permitting a foot on the ball..." But that is about to change. Following a gateball demonstration day on Sunday 8 March, the Medway Croquet Club has purchased a set of gateball equipment. Members will now be encouraged to put their feet on the balls (albeit just the small red and white ones). Rumour has it they might be buying a flamingo next year... Congratulations to Medway on becoming one of the first croquet clubs in the UK to offer gateball! If you would like to try gateball and live in the area, why not contact the club to arrange a game? |
