At the moment, gateballs and gateball sticks are only available from overseas. One company with a good reputation which is able to serve english-speaking customers is Sunshine Ace (Japan).  The easiest way to order equipment is to visit their website to see their products, then email them to get a quote.

Sunshine Ace makes a large range of gateball equipment.  Their mallets are high-quality, but this is reflected in their prices! Mallets generally consist of separate heads and shafts.  Complete mallets range from about £50 to £100.  Players who prefer longer mallets should note that the adjustable Sunshine Ace shafts have a maximum length of 85cm, although the more expensive one-piece shafts can be purchased up to 1m long. Balls and wrist scorers are also available from Sunshine Ace.

The service at Sunshine Ace is very professional, quick and they can speak english.  Payment can be made by credit card or money order.  Postage is usually very quick and orders generally arrive within a week.

Another company which we have recently discovered is Jinjian Sports. They have been manufacturing gateball equipment in China since 1998. Jinjian Sport produce cheap, good quality equipment and their service is very fast. You can read a review of Jinjian equipment here.
